Welcome to Helwa Tools. By purchasing from our shop at Ronald Ngala Plaza, 1st Floor, Shop 9, Ronald Ngala Street, Nairobi, or using our delivery services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have legal consent to enter into a binding agreement.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all hand and power tools. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Orders and Delivery

  • Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM to begin processing the same day.

  • Timeline: Delivery takes 1–3 business days countrywide.

  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery and contact information. Helwa Tools is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We proudly offer cash on delivery for secure and trusted business.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Restocking: There is no restocking fee for returns.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 days.

5. Warranty

  • Power tools may be subject to specific manufacturer warranties. Please consult with our staff at the time of purchase regarding the warranty period for specific equipment.

  • Helwa Tools is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse or improper handling of tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Helwa Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use them.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
