Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Items are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after your order has been processed within Handling time of 0-1 days and Transit time 1-2 days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our daily cut-off time for processing is 4:00 PM.

    • Orders placed before 4:00 PM will begin processing the same day.

    • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Coverage

We provide countrywide delivery within Kenya. Whether you are within Nairobi or in the furthest reaches of the country, we will get your order to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Flexible shipping charges calculated and displayed before checkout.

Here is the shipping cost charges table:

  • 1 Item: Base cost of Ksh 500.

  • 2 to 9 Items: Incremental cost of Ksh300 for each additional item (e.g., 2 items = Ksh500 + Ksh300 = Ksh800).

  • 10 Items and above: Flat maximum rate capped at a constant Ksh 3,000.
